I have 2008 gmc searria and i got a code off of it the codeis p0336 i was just wanting to know what it is

The code that you got is a crankshaft position sensor out of range or performance which means tha t either the crankshaft has a broken wire to it or a bad sensor or a broken tooth on the reluctor ring or missing

My Nissan d40 engine it is running in limp mode the di on-board check showed p0336 fault I replaced the crank angle sender cleaned all the wiring connectors and earth contacts but still the same

Hi.

p0336 means CKP sensor performance error. Replace the crankshaft position sensor. If that doesn't fix the issue there is a number of GM factory service bulletins that point at a manufacturing problem with Yukon engine. Find the appropriate service bulletin for your engine in this page.

Have a leak on my gmc searria transfer case and it is not the gasket could it be from the bolts

maybe but have the case serviced with new fluid or do it yourself then clean the leak area and when it dries spray foot powder on the area then after a week you can see exactly where the leak is
