Headlight Removal & Installation Bulb Replacement CAUTION
Improper handling of a halogen bulb could cause the bulb to shatter into flying glass fragments due to the bulbs containing gas under pressure. Always wear eye protection, only handle the bulb by its base, keep dirt and moisture off the bulb, do not install the bulb with power at the socket, and keep them away from children.

To Remove:

  1. Turn off power to the headlamps.
  2. Remove the headlamp assembly.
  3. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and remove from the headlamp assembly.
  4. Remove the bulb from the socket.
To Install:
NOTE: If oil from your skin or anything damp comes in contact with the bulb, clean the bulb with alcohol or a suitable degreaser and wipe the bulb dry. Too prevent the bulb from exploding when the bulb is turned on.
  1. Install the bulb into the socket.
  2. Install the bulb into the headlamp assembly and turn clockwise to lock into place.
  3. Install the headlamp assembly.

Thanks so much for your thorough diagram and instructions. It as easy as I thought it was going to be. Mine was a little different than the diagram here but I couldn't have figured it out without this gentleman's help. Greatly appreciated!

How to replace fuse for power windows in a 1998 buick le sabre?

How to replace a fuse ?

Do you even know that you have
a blown fuse?

If you do,are you aware that if you replace
it,it will blow again.

Are you aware that a fuse isn't a repair
or fix for anything. It is just a link in completing
a circuit, that will melt to protect everything
down stream, if a circuit experiences a
high current load

Hot air always, no matter what temp control is set at(1993 Buick)

There is a blend air actuator on the passenger side that causes the blend air door to stay open to heat no matter what. It's below the left side of glove box, facing dash, and you can work it by hand and get it to close. If that works, get a new one. They're very easy to install.
