Hello bback.
If your wipers are working the problem is not the fuse as it is powered by the same fuse as the wipers.
It is fuse #F56 20AMP in the central junction box.
Usually the problem is a bad washer pump.
If you require further advise on this, ask me here, be glad to help.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Windscreen washer on Ford Focus comes out rear instead of front most of the time.

Looks like a Body Control Module communication issue.

Windshield Washer
When the washer switch is pulled towards the driver, the SASM sends the washer request to the BCM over the LIN. The BCM activates the windshield wash relay (internal to the BCM) and sends a message to the driver side windshield wiper motor. When the BCM activates the windshield wash relay, voltage is provided to the washer pump, directing washer fluid to the windshield. When the switch is released, the windshield wiper motor continues to activate the windshield wipers for 3 additional wipes and then turns the windshield wipers off.

Where Is the fuse located on a 2006 Ford Focus that goes to the windshield water pump where is that fuse located

No separate fuse, runs on the wiper circuit. Probably pump bad. If your thinking of doing it yourself, this posting should help.

Where is the fuse for the windshield washer motor on a 2002 ford focus?

There are relays for the wiper motor in the Central Junction Box located underneath the hood of the car. No fuses. Start there. If not blown, then its either your switch is bad or the motor.
