I just had to replace both bulbs in mine. The overhead bulb "connectors" can overheat and then contact isn't made. Replaced bulbs and problem is fixed.
You have either a bad idle speed motor or a bad coolant temp. sensor . You also more than likely have a check/service light on as-well . The vehicle will have to be took to the dealer or a good garage to have it scanned & cleared

You have the STX. Going through the EVIC system on the overhead console. Press menu button once each time until Use factory setting apear.
