Manually adjust tappets ,12th inlet and 15 exhaust will do it ,set by the rule of 9 ,no8 down and adjust no1 no7 down adjust no2 and so on so whatever your adjusting adds to 9

Some ideas here, but the best way is to find a local auto electrician or an alarm installer, auto locksmith. Better to reprogram rather than disconnecting the battery.
