That should just be a blown low beam bulb.
Most parts places will install the new bulb for free with purchase of the bulb.

I hpe this helps.

The low beam element has burned out in the light bulb itself - buy and install a new bulb,, this will fix your problem. ( your local auto parts store will carry the replacement bulb ).

High beams work, but won't shut off.

Sounds like a bad switch or relay. If it was a fuse they would not work at all.

Low Beam Drivers Side doesn't work ... low voltage,

Power for the headlights on the Left side (High and low beam.) comes from the same fuse... The ORANGE wire and the ORANGE/BLACK are the same, they connect in the harness. If you only lack the 12v to make the light work connect them at the headlight assembly.

If your low beam also lacks ground the Left low beam ground is shared with the right low beam ground... Run a wire from left low beam DARK BLUE to right low beam DARK BLUE/WHITE.

If its not working now then your cursed, seek a witch doctor.

92 Toyota Camry Passenger side headlight only works with HigBeam

You need to get a volt meter at the headlamp plug (Wiring harness) to see if you got a ground, power from the low beam wire, and then power from the hight beam wire. It's the best place to start.

What is the problem when the left headlight beam both low and hight is always brighter than the rightside,

e rightside bulb may need replaced, or your headlight may have moisture or dirt inside it, or the lens is cracked or deteriorated, and of these could be the problem. Try changing the bulb

Low beam headlights not working on 2004 Pontiac Montana extended

You headlight lamp have a diffuser mechanism which allows it to flip between the hight beam and low beam feature of the bulb. In fact, you high beam will function even if the low beam is not working.

I would recommend the purchase of the new headlight lamp. It would cost you you any where from $15.00 per unit to get a replacement lamp
