according to the code reader ????? No it doesn't ! No code say's to replace a part . Diagnose trouble code has step by step diagnostic procedures to follow ,at the end of diagnostic's it may need a new part , but till the diagnostic's are done you don't just replace a part . It's a mistake to sell code readers to people that have no clue . Do yourself a favor an take your vehicle to a quailfied repair shop

Could be fuel related. First thing to check for that would be a fuel pressure test. Even though the pump is working, the proper and specified pressure must be kept in the fuel rail for the injectors to work right.
And/or have the computer scanned for any diagnostic trouble codes. Many national parts stores do free diagnostic scans.

Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P1941 is NOT a VALID code for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. Are you sure you are reading (and posting) the code correctly?

Also, when asking about DTCs it is really helpful to also mention which engine your vehicle is equipped with.

Mil light is coming on because it's registering a dtc (diagnostic trouble code) may or may not be evap/fuel vapor discharge like a loose or faulty seal in your gas cap. Have codes checked at an auto parts store (for free) and they can tell you what code/codes are showing. List them here for solutions. You can also have them erase code and if mil lamp comes on again you know somethings to blame and you need to check it out.

its a generic transmission trouble code. must see a dealer or high-end shop to be able to narrow down and diagnose. remember there are generic and manufacturer specific trouble codes, generic only tell you what system has a malfunction, not whats wrong. hope this helps you
