A seized up door lock actuator. You can try freeing it up by spraying a good penetrating oil, my favorite is PB Blaster. If it wont free up you will need to replace it.

My front passenger door will not unlock, I cant get the door panel off to check it because it will not unlock , you can hear it clicking back and forth but will not unlock.

sounds like the lock motor is not operating , contact Toyota as most vehicle manufacturers have a procedure for this type of thing , it does usually involve drilling through the door panel to gain access to the motor etc , getting a Toyota dealer to do this will be the best option as they will most likely have a cover that will be replaced over the hole that has to be made

May need new actuator. Try a slight lubricant like wd40 if that does not work. Try working switch back and forth. They usually start having problems when they get this old. You can have it replaced, but toyota /lexus is notorious for labor intensive repairs with can be costly if you take it to a dealer or very time consuming if you replace the actuator yourself.

Power locks don't work with remote or control from

The door lock/unlock input from the driver's key switch goes to the Door Multiplex control unit (main switch), the Door multiplex control unit then sends a signal on the BUS (CAN) circuit to the passenger's multiplex control unit; the passenger's multiplex control unit then controls all the door locks. The passenger's door lock key switch inputs to the passenger's multiplex control unit, if the locks work from the passenger's side key switch but not the driver's side key switch, the most likely cause is the driver's multiplex control unit (main switch) not sending the signal to the passenger's side multiplex control unit. This could also be the drivers side door lock actuator. Hope this helps!

2001 lexus gs300 ,heat comes out drivers side vents only. passenger side cold air only, car has dual controls but acts like heat flapper not opening

your blend door on your passenger side is most likely stuck in the cold position. Chances are you cable is broken. Good luck.

My rear door auto lock is not working

Does that doors' lock get any power when you hit the button to lock? You may have to check the wiring going to the door and search the internet to find out what wire gives power to the lock.

Automatic locks continously going off

I have a dodge caravan so I am not sure if it will work for you. My minivan did this while iwas driving as well as as the lights flickering(interior). What I did was to reset the alarm by putting my key into the driver side door and turning it left to right about 4 times this resets the system. Try it maybe it will work for you too.
