You need to do a fault code test follow the link. The connector is red and under the hood drivers side and clipped to the fender lip in most years.

If you are getting fire and fuel to the throttle body check the catalytic converter and muffler to ensure they are not plugged up. If one of them is then it puts back pressure on the engine and will not allow the fuel to enter the cylinders and fire and start the truck. You can remove the 02 sensor ahead of the catalytic converter and it should start if this is the problem. The truck will still run rough but start and if so then you have to determine which is plugged up. My guess would be the cat.

Get the vehicle scanned,there is error code stored in ECM,that code will tell what part exactly to look,for:----

What has been tested so far?

check with code scanner for fault code/or bring to garage to scan for fault code

Have you changed/replaced the MAF sensor?

is the vechicle not getting fuel or fire,check that first.

Did you replace the cam sensor??? A code in the computer won't stop it from running, it just tells you there is an issue. It will clear itself when the issue is fixed. (After some driving)
Back up and see what is missing, spark or fuel. (Note...a working fuel pump may still not get fuel, as the injectors need to be "fired" to allow fuel into the engine.)
