First of all diagnose the car ECU. then check for ABS issues! if it says malfunction of ABS, then do a full brake fluid change and vacuum the air bubbles inside it! then check the vechile for ABS light. if problem persists, its better to replace ABS valve Thanks

Abs light on

read the FSM?
read the TSBs?
car off then on, you mean starting,
and the only difference is the time off, ?
the abs glow, key on?, is self test passing, if you flip key fast and drive it crazy , you are the problem. let the poor thing finish its tests, key on, then start car.

the tests are in the FSM read it, ABS is complex.
ill try to look up 95, on line.

the 95 ABS has its own diagnostic jumper plug
did you jumper it and see if there are any DTC error codes, flashing out.?

the FSM page 19-68-70

see those flow charts, did you follow it?
did you see the list of 10 causes, for lamp stuck on? (not DTC)
one is alternator stuck on. charge lamp on, running.

here you can look for free. RTM,

My A B S light comes on then it will go off. I have a 1995 Accord. The brakes seem to be working just fine. Help ?

There must be an intermittent problem with your abs system, which causes the abs light to come on and then go off, as you say. It won't affect your brakes, just your anti-lock braking function. if that light is on. If it remains on, have it checked.

1995 oddessy abs light is on

ABS failures are common in the Honda Accord and the Honda Odyssey, especially during the 1995-1997 years. You will find that your ABS light will come on intermittently and then go out. Finally, the light will come on and stay on until the system is replaced. Honda has been charging owners about $1500 to replace the modulator and accumulator. Honda maintains that this is not a problem that is widespread. The Honda owners' notes show that the problem usually happens betwee n 50,000 miles and 100,000 miles. There is a buzzing associated with the system failing, too.--------------
try bleeding the ABS brake pump and check. You must bleed the abs pump, then reset the abs computer by removing the ABSB2 fuse.--------------

Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation

Abs honda 1995

if the abs light is already on the abs system is already bypassed, and your base brake system should operate without the abs working properly as long as the red brake warning light is not on
