2007 Lexus ES 350 Logo

2007 Lexus 350 ES, 60,000+ miles. My left low beam light went out. A few minutes later both low beam lights went out. High beam and low beam work. Next night both lights were on small and a tiny - mild bump in the road caused both low beam lights to go out. Dealer cost to replace two bulbs $ 500.00 +/-. Should this happen and would it have been covered by Platium Extended warranty?

Bulbs are never covered under warranty because they are a wear item (like tires). The factory might do a courtesy repair if the car was near new.
Order the bulbs online and install them yourself. I believe the bulb is D2s, you can find them online for $30-$60.
