The torque setting will not be very high. It will probably be no higher than 25Nm, (18lb/ft). There is no fixed pattern as long as you tighten then all evenly. Try putting them ALL in finger tight by hand, then tighten using the socket extension bar like a screwdriver. Then tighten to the correct torque setting.
