It needs a new regulator, buy one on eBay and pay a glass shop to install it for you. i have replaced 3 of the 4 on a 99SW, so you are lucky to need your first one on a 94.

hello; i bought a wrong window power switch for my Isuzu Tooper which resulted in wrong mountings and now i cant join the the two together...need help in understanding the diagrams of both the Genuine® W0133-1598721-OES - Front Driver Side Window Switch
Change your ECTS sensor with a brass one, it's the water temp sensor you can buy it at auto zone for 8 dollars and replace it yourself, make sure you get a NEW wire plug harness for it probably about 10 or 15 bucks, it gets corroded then the computer reads the wrong engine temp then it makes the idle rough and run rich.
i had the same problem on my 99 malibu.i called a locksmith and he came out and tapped the key with a small hammer.he said that sometimes the wafers will get stuck in the up position if the wrong key or a new key is inserted into the ignition.after a few sharp raps the ignition turned,but since i had him there i had it replaced.he said lubricating it would work.
