It should be the globe itself, the fuse will control many other things and if theyre not out it should just be the globe or possibly the switch that turns it on, check globe first.
check under drivers side carpet under fuel pedal, there should be a small black hose which is supposed to run through a hole in the floor to the outside. This is a condensation drain tube. If it is not draining it will follow channels in floor to the back drv side floor well.
You have a constant velocity joint, which is located on the drive axle, that has a torn protective boot and the grease that was inside to lubricate the joint has leaked out. The joint now has no lubrication and is clicking due to metal to metal contact of the bearings and bearing cage in the joint. You'll ned to pull the axle and get it repaired or replace the axle.
