My 1998 honda civic horn stopped working. all i heard was a clicking sound coming from under the dash and up against where the outside kick panel is located. I found the switch that where you could feel a click each time the steering wheel horn button was pressed. I removed this relay and replaced it in the vehicle but the switch continues to click but no sould is coming from the horn. Fuses are good. any suggestions?

Your steering column is worn out inside... I had a ford truck that had a similar problem except that the cruise stopped working and the horn stopped working ... some of these parts can't be fixed.. they need to be replaced.....the bushings (spacers) inbetween all the moving parts get worn down and stuff starts touching other stuff and nothing seems to make any sense....
