I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus SXT Coupe 2 door. When I am leaving from a stop light or stop sign and start accelerating, my car starts acting like it is going to die and the lights dim and then go back to normal and the car starts shaking hard. It also does this when I am stopping and sitting in drive but doesnt do it much if at all when the car is in park. Im wondering what is wrong with it and how much do you think it will cost to get it fixed?

its in the intake air hose close to the throttle body

The filter is inside the transmission. You need to take the pan off the bottom then you can replace the filter and the pan gasket.

sound like it could be fuel. pump or timeing belt. if you put a new fuel filter in be sure to replace the fuel filter

Should be an intake plenum under the hood. Remove plenum and they are rite in the top of the head.
