There is a ticking noise everytime my car is on that sounds like the turn signal noise but theres no pattern or order to the ticking. i thought the hazard switch was bad, what could the ticking noise be?

It could be a relay clicking under the dash due to a bad ground circuit somewhere in the vehicle. It would be best to have a professional put an ear to it.
