The window crank is held in place by a locking clip. Remove the clip and pull the crank off the shaft. If the crank is stripped, just replace it. If the shaft is stripped, you have to replace the entire window regulator. See this post on how to remove a window crank.

You checked fuses and relays for electrical cranked window?
Remove: internal door handle, remove window crank if manual crank, door panel, remove film/paper seal.
If is mechanical crank: check for worn out parts on gearing and racks (reinstall crank and wind window up and down). Replace worn parts.

If electrical window crank: check for power at solenoid. Try switch again and watch to see if solenoid engages and tries to crank.
Check to see if switch is broken. Try door switch and drivers door switch.
Pickup another solenoid and replace old one.

your trim panel removal tool, apply pressure

you need to use a window crank removing tool and remove handle. Make sure window is all the way up before reinstalling handle on splines.

Hello. Yes, it is behind the washer. You need a thin hooked tool to remove it. Pull out on the handle, and press in on the door panel to see it.

Remove wire circlip at the backside of the handle. Can usually be pulled loose w/a pair of needlenosed pliers by pushing in slightly on door panel and pull the rounded end of clip w/the pliers (hemostat pliers work great if you have some).

If no screws in center, then there will be a clip in behind that is hard to see & remove, unless you stop at autoparts store & buy one.
