all cars that have a serpentine belt have tensioners the belt routing should be on a sticker on the cover or metal bar above the radiator, sometimes they have put on a belt cover at the front upper pulley showing the routing.if it is missing you can go to a parts store or a the dealer to look at the routing of the belt, better yet if you draw the routing on a piece of paper before you take it off also works
These belts are very easy to change. Before you start draw the diagram of how the belt is routed. Once you have the routing, there is a spring loaded tension er pulley. You will need to pry it over to get the belt off. Then once you get the belt off, then put the new belt on all of the pulleys. Once it is on all of the pulleys. Pry the tension er and put it back on that pulley. PLEASE RATE! A lot of free questions don't get answered. So PLEASE click the 4 thumbs up! Thanks! Have a GREAT DAY!
It is quit easy just make sure you have the routing diagram there is usually a sticker under the hood. the belt tensioner has a cut out in it that fits a 3/8" or 1/2" drive ratchet to use as a lever.
for the most part there is a diagram under the hood but give this website a try drive belt diagram www.webcrawler.com wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.
call a parts store they usually can provide you the routing for serpantine belts good luck getting it right though it can be tricky pay close attention to how the belt is routed :)
