2008 trailblazer ls throttles body sensor

For the I6 engine, there is a Throttle Body Position Sensor, (TPS) attached to the actual throttle body. This cannot be removed from the throttle body itself. You need to buy the whole throttle body which includes the TPS. Just did this myself, one of the chain stores offers lifetime warranty by the way. It's very easy, turn off all HVAC inside the cab, then disconnect the battery first, very important step. Take the top resonator off, unhook the black ducting going to the air cleaner box and throttle body. Disconnect the electrical connector on top of the throttle body. Now it's just 4 easy bolts for the entire throttle body to come off. You CAN reuse the old hard plastic O-ring, no need to get another one unless it's damaged.

Change complete body on 93 geo tracker

how to change,? how to remove it and then? what?
its not like a light bulb....
the cars whole body, needs replacement. the whole thing.
this car has real frame, so you must detach all harness ends
from all drivline parts. including in the engine bay.
then all shift linkage.(on a 5speed it be the shifter too) after console removal (center)
then all those body to frame, bolts.
take sharp left turn and body and you falls of car. (jokinig)

now lifting it, you will need, like 8 people to do that by hand
or a gantry crane
or a huge tree and chain hoist.
lifting the body, invites damage to the body, or to the newone going back on. It can be done with many jacks and huge boards to protect t
the body, and jack up the body in stages, and then slide the rolling
chassis from under the body.
my guess? is you have a car with good body bad driveline
then one more bad body with good driveline, right, is that the store?

Can u swap the entire body from a 1987 cherokee onto the frame of a 1993 cherokee they are both 2 door and 4 wheel drive

i don't know for sure if they made any changes in body mounts between 87 - 93 but i would think you could
check to make sure all body mounts are in same place(where body meets frame )
make sure you measure distance between mounts because they could just be few inchs off (even if they are few inches off could make it work with a welder)
if every thing checks out ok then yes it should not be a problem
although this won't be a easy project you need to remove all wires that lead from frame to body and anything bolted to body etc. also you need some way to lift body off frame

How do you replace the trans valve body

Remove the pan. Remove the filter. Unplug the solenoids. Unbolt the valve body. I would suggest you by a book, There are check-balls above the valve body that need to be in the exact right spot. 3 of the valve body bolts need to be in a certain spot and the bolts need to be torqued to 100 inch lbs.

Stalls at idle and in traffic

Your idle air control valve may be dirty with carbon and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Try cleaning it first by cleaning out the throttle body with throttle body cleaner, do not use carb cleaner since it's too corrosive to the throttle body gaskets. You can buy the throttle body cleaner at Auto Zone and they can help you, by giving you the information you need to clean out the idle air control valve which is in the throttle body. Good luck and this should helps.

Remove body from chassis

To remove the body from the chassis you need to unbolt the body mount bolts, disconnect all linkages such as throttle, shift, etc., electrical connections and wiring harnesses, brake, fuel and emission lines, heater hoses and AC lines, and lift the body straight up off the frame. You almost have to have access to a car hoist to do this, and to do the job succesfully requires a pretty high level of mechanical aptitude.

Well, that's it ...but if you really have to ask how, you might need to hire some qualified help such as a body and frame repair shop.
