I have a 2003 Cadillac DTS, my ignition fuse keeps going out and I just had my music done over by the shop, and the fuse keeps blowing, I was driving and the fuse blew again and shut the car down completely. I changed the fuse five times before it accepted it and now the car won't go in gear, it stays in park and my brake, traction control, and other lights come on, what to do?

Because you have an electrical short circuit on the wiring that fuse protects . Do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop. If you don't know why a fuse would keep blowing .

You have a short to ground on that power circuit ! If you don't know how to track down a short or know about automotive electric circuits you better take it to a repair shop !

Bad relay could be drawing excess amps. Bad starter can do this as well.

its really a job for an auto electrician

to DIY needs a replacement fuse block from a wrecker
with a bit of the loom wiring as a colour guide
then you rewire one fuse/relay connection at a time

your switch is probably bad.. replace the ignition key and cylinder lock.
