It is not a big deal. All the windows need re-learn after the battery is disconnected. To re-learn do the following steps:
1. Sit on a driver's seat. Switch on the ignition.
2. Push the window button to open the driver's window and and keep the button pressed for 3 to 5 seconds after the glass touches the bottom and release the button.
3. Similarly do the same to close the window.
4. Do the same with all the remaining windows one by one.
5. Now after all the windows are re-learned, they should now be operated with a driver's master switches.
Good Luck and thank you for visiting Fixya.

Either the wring going to that motor or the motor itself is bad.

Their are two fuses that power this system. One is a 15 amp gauge fuse and the other one is a 30 amp main power fuse. You can also check the power main relay, your ignition switch, or i could possibly be a fault in the wiring

SOURCE: how to remove the drivers side and drivers side
Very simple!
Simply remove any exposed screws, and, using a tool from any automotive store (looks like a flattened out screwdriver with a slot on the end), and use it to pop the panel off. Remember to remove any wire connectors to the switches. Same for the rear. Installation in revers order......sounds harder than it is but it is really easy.
Take your time and take pics with a digital camera....too many pictures after each step is better than not enough!
