SOURCE: Lights that wont go away: Trac Off, ABS, Oil Change, Service Vehicle soon
I have this same problem with my 2000 Grand Am and the mechanic that I had taken it to had told me it was from a bad ABS sensor in a wheel hub, in order to fix that I would need to purchase a new hub. He said that triggered the service vehicle soon light and had caused the ABS light to come on as well. Although I have not fixed it yet, I trust that this is the problem.

This is a warning from the computer to let you know that one or more of the many sensors monitoring the systems in the vehicle has a problem. With the light on, take it to Auto Zone, NAPA or Schucks to have them attach their code reader to determine what the problem actually is. They will usually offer this service for free as they want you to purchase the needed parts from them to fix the problem if you do the work yourself. If not your mechanic can resolve the issue. Many times the problem is simply an O2 sensor needs replaced. Good luck to you
Testimonial: "Thank you very much. I was worried to even drive the car. I am not very auto-savy. Much appreciated, and will do!"
SOURCE: how do i reset the service the service vehicle
Turn the ignition to ON, with the engine off. Fully depress and release the accelerator pedal slowly three times within five seconds. The reset is complete when you hear the chimes and the “CHANGE OIL” light goes out. If the light stays on and no chime is heard, you will need to repeat the reset procedure. Turn the key to OFF. If the “CHANGE ENGINE OIL” message comes back on when you start your vehicle, the engine oil life system has not reset. Repeat the procedure.

If you replaced the rotors you may have the wrong rotors, or you may have dirty wheel sensors, it is easy to clean them with a tooth brush and brake clean, try this first. The reason is metal brake dust can collect on the sensor and stop the sensor from producing the 2.5 volts DC as it turns, this would be seen as a fault by the computer as a wheel not turning as fast as the rest of the wheels. Hope this helps if you need more information please let me know. And thanks for using fix-ya.

This looks like a failed or faulty connection to the speedometer/ cluster. Try removing the cluster and reinstalling. Sometimes the connections become loose for vibration and simply need reseated.
