More information could be so many things, like bad fuel, blown efi fuse, immobilizer problem, bad fuel pump, etc.
When I have a problem like this I do two things scan computer for codes.
Crank vehicle for a fuse seconds remove a spark plug, if spark plug is wet, then I know that there is no spark, if it is dry, then I focus on fuel delivery.

When you changed the starter, did you disconnect the battery? And if you did did you reset the security system and engine Immobilizer?

How to replace starter solenoil for toyota sienna 2004

I don't think that the solenoid is available separately from the starter motor for this model. A remanufactured starter motor for an 02 Sienna should be easy to acquire through a local auto parts shop for just over $100. You may have to be a contorsionist to get to it, though in the relatively small engine bay.

My toyota sienna 2010 is not being start just clicking

sounds more like your starter is bad, it could also be stuck, try rocking the car, sometimes if it is stuck this will help, if you can get under your car, try tapping on your starter

2002 toyota sienna will not start, and does not seem to be batteray related

Disconnect the ground cable from the battery and check the cable going to the starter. (located on the starter) Make sure it is tight. Re-connect the cable to the battery ground.

Toyota 2000 Sienna LE. Problem - Engine won't stop even turned the key off and pulled it out. A high frequency noise under hood and last about 20 seconds and the engine turn it self off. Only happened...

I had a similar problem with a Previa. It occurred when starting the engine. Turns out the starter would not disengage from the fly wheel. I believe that the starter was the source of the high frequency noise. Had to disconnect the battery cable to stop the starter. Replaced the starter and everything was fine.
Good luck.

Where do I find the fuse that controls the radio in my 2002 Toyota Sienna?

On the engine compartment, check the cavity 13 20Amp (car audio systems). Also can review the 2002 Toyota Sienna - Owners Manual (page 321).

Hope helped with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.
