Where do i find a 4jg2 manual as i am looking for the firing order as well as where no 1 is on the injector pump.It is a mechanical pump

What year is the vehicle? Mitsubishi used two different systems on that engine. Before 2006 they used a Fuel Injection Pump and after 2006 they used a Common Rail system.
An injection pump is a mechanical setup that is driven by the timing belt to make sure it matches the engine speed when driving.
A common rail system uses an electronic signal to fire each injector at the correct moment from a shared fuel supply rail on the engine.
In general the injector firing order needs to match the mechanical firing order of the engine so the fuel is injected into the correct cylinder at the correct moment. The Firing order is 1, 3, 4, 2. Number 1 is nearest the engine belts and pulleys.

The firing order will probably be 1, 3, 4, 2. Number 1 being the cylinder closest to the belts and pulleys on the end of the engine.
An injector pump doesn't have a number system. It just supplies fuel to all the injectors and the engine electronics trigger the injectors in the correct order.

the lines are formed so that they only fit pump to injector correctly
put the end of the line to a pump outlet and see if it fits neatly against any particular injector
keep going until you get all lines in position with out bending any

here. only and books that cover only those 3 engines.
so if a diesel dies.

check filters
try test fuel to see if it runs on test fuel
test the glow plugs yet,?

if pump pressure is dead,?
check, power to the pump yet? (fuses are first)

there are 4,.6 and 8cyl. diesels by Isuzu.,

7 diffr. B engines, 3,xxxx liters.
and
5 diffr. 4Jxx series engines.
my guess is the engine is.
3.0 L 4JX1 TD I4
3.1 L 4JG2 TD I4

why are all the dash lights out and the fuse keeps blowing but it still runs

Generally the timing is done with a model specific tool that looks like a pin punch. This tool goes into a hole underneath a small rubber plug on the pump.

search the VW forums for a proper firing order, they will have it listed in an easy to find spot i am sure...on account to it not starting, the firing order probably does not matter, i would check to see that you are actually having fuel injected into the cylinders, check that the injectors are firing by pulling them out of the intake manifold when you crank it to see if they are spraying fuel
