It may be your ignition coil. After the engine has run awhile, the coil gets hot, and starts to break up. Have you isolated this miss to 1 cylinder or does it seem to affect all cylinders?
first how many miles are on this blazer and have you checked all the vacuum lines on the engine ? also has it been tuned recently like plugs wires etc? It might just be time .. Also change that fuel filter it might be getting dirty also.. just a few ideas holler if you need more Jerry
The fault could be in the ingnition module in the dist.I had a car one time that did the same thing but when it was cold, try replacing the the ignition module.
You may have a problem with dirty fuel injector nozzles try buying a quality fuel injector cleaner, run it through a couple of full tank of gas, it may help, if it does it is a cheap fix.
hi i had the same problem with mine it sounded like it was miss firing but the air intercooler just before the intake was low on antifreez put some in there and it solved the problem another friend with a cyclone runs the radiator reservor and the upper intake reservour seperate it gets too hot and it made it knock and like the other guy said check all your plastick lines they come off easy everytime you run the car hard and let off the gas it seamed to blow the lines off we put zip ties at the end and it stopped doing it well this was my experiance i hope it helpes some i recommend getting a good air fuel meeter and check your harmonic balance too make sure its not cracked
