My windows and drivers seat aren't working. what can I do?

Check your fuses and relays, did they all stop working at the same time, any recent work done, accidents, etc.

perhaps the connector is unplugged under the seat.

There is no relay for the windows, if all windows aren't working, check the fuse (#2). It could also be a faulty windows on/off switch on the drivers side.

Hi, there are two fuse box locations. There is one under the hood and there is also one under the back seat next to the battery on the driver side. To get at the one under the back seat, grab under the front of the seat bottom and give a tug upward. Be careful though, the plug for the rear seat heat is attached to the seat bottom on the passenger side and the wires aren't very long.

Generally you can find another seat at your local scrapyard. They aren't difficult to remove. There is a bolt at the end of each leg that holds it to the floor. Try to find one from a similar year so if it has power, the harness plug will match.

There is a drivers and passengers door/seat controll module. These have been failing a lot. dealers stock them now. The element in the seat can also be bad. I recommend taking it to the dealer as painfull as that may sound but they will diagnose it properly because they have to command it on and off with a scantool. Sorry for the bad news. The modules aren"t cheap and the element is difficult to replace. It is worth the 80.00 it will cost you to find out. Good luck

Hopefully by now you have resolved your problem but my truck had that problem and I had to replace the motor for the window controls.
