Electrical problem? computer problem? ignition problem?

take it to a lock smith to remove the broken part or you could jam the broken part down to where the ignition will turn with the broken key. I advise taking it to a lock smith to remove the broken part

First, Distributor: Coil (which is in your distributor); igniter (ignition control module) also in your distributor, rotor, distributor cap--all possibilities,especially is you are not getting spark to the plugs.
Next, Fuel pump: It is fairly typical for honda electric fuel pumps (it is IN your gas tank, under an access cover that is under the rear seat) to, when failing, work, then not work, then work, then stop working altogether. If you are not getting fuel to your fuel rail, then it's a good bet that it's your fuel pump. (If you can hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds when you turn the key to ON, but without turning the car over, that would indicate that your fuel pump is working. Have someone listen over the back seat, or maybe you can hear it if everything else is quiet). If it runs, it could be a plugged fuel filter, but that's not as much of a possibility.
So, check the distributor components (getting spark?) and the fuel pump (getting gas?).

I am having the same exact issue right now with my 01 Alero. Been having electrical issues with lights coming on and off. ABS was kicking on a few times even. It started sputtering like it was running out of gas, thought that might have been the case. But after I put gas in it it still didn't start. Now it turns over but nothing. What ended up being wrong with yours?

isn't there a MANUAL RELEASE CABLE in the trunk ? Check for a blown 20A fuse. Ck fuse around fuse # 22. Hope this helps

jump start the car or charge the battery from under the bonnet(hood) ,look for a plastic cover on the firewall with a big + on it negative is the engine

I have a 2001 Audi TT Audi TT roadster, 87,000 miles. I love the car, but like all cars, things happen.

Open your checkbook, It is the command module , under your back glass, where the top goes , you will see a small door cut into the felt. Mine got wet and started a whole chain of events.

Seal that Window Good. 800$ repair to replace the comman module.

1. Windows were going up and down 1/4" all random times.
2. The Gas Release and Trunk Release buttons stop working
3. Alarm would go off at odd times.
4. Trunk would not open automatically.

To open the Trunk, behind the passenger seat is a small box, open it with you key and you will see the manual trunk release

To open your gas cap, on the passenger side of the trunk, you will see a small felt opening under the gas cap. Open it and pull back decently hard and the gas cap will open.

I had the trunk problem, it would open if you use the key, but took a few tries to get it shut. Also the gas cover would not close. Both were covered by warranty because I was just under 50,000 miles.
