Cylinder 4 misfire, someone said plugs? if so what type or brand is recommended. Idles rough/and stutters-shutters esp a speed up to 50mph.

It sounds like some thing you have done if the fault started after the tune , did you check the gap on the new plugs, check the firing order as it may be messed up . 4 cylinder 1342 6 cylinder 153624 in direction of rotation.

Could be a bad cam or crank sensor. But before you go to electronics, ck the plugs, wires & coil or coils (whichever coil system you have) Start with the plugs

rough idle is from faulty injectors or maf/vaf sensors or vacuum leaks
run the fault codes to determine the fault area

You did not say whether or not you changed the plug wires when you changed the plugs. I assume so, but if not you may want to try swapping the #7 wire with another wire of similar length at both ends and see if the miss goes away or moves to the new cylinder. Visuals can be misleading with plug wires as they can be easily damaged and break down with age. If they are original to the vehicle, I would not hesitate to change them at this time. The "lack" of miss at highway speed, on an 8-cylinder vehicle, is often the fact that it may not be felt when little or no engine load is present. Other than that, the miss could be caused by a leaky valve (most likely exhaust). This would result in low compression of the cylinder, resulting in misfire. A compression check will find this easily. Leaky fuel injector can also cause misfires. If the cylinder gets too much fuel, the spark may fail occasionally, causing a misfire condition. There are other things that can cause misfires, but not in just a single cylinder such as you describe.

Your cat should last quite a while now it is replaced. I recommend testing coil packs and module. Change plugs and wires and double check your vacuum hoses.
