But not one ASE mechanic i bet. they get it right.
so 306 means must misfire.
or better, weak Combustion on #6
so did your mech check compression on #6?
seems not. or vacuum for bouncing, seems not.
that knocking, did he check that first. it must NOT knock.
that knock is serious and will get worse, Id not drive it.
not me, engines are expensive why make it worse?

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak for the lean code and the misfires. I don't see a 473 code in my manual, but have a 463. The 463 is for the fuel level sensor open or voltage high.

SOURCE: 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport 3.7L
We have an 02 Liberty 3.7L, here at my repair shop, after customer replaced, spark plug's and all coil pack's, brought it here to my shop, was running with two cylinder's miss, did cylinder compression test, no compression on two cylinder's, remove valve cover's, found two rocker arm's off, remove cylinder head's, and found that on those two cylinder's the valve seat's had drop, keeping the valve open, and that's why the two rocker arm's had come off, do a cylinder compression test, could be the same thing, hope this was very helpful.

If you have Coil- on -Plug you haven't found the bad one yet
Your not always going to get a code that is correct
e.g.PO304,PO305 etc
I would buy the injector from you, as I'm sure that wasn't it,
unless you have an air leak around it
You want no vacuum leaks,a near new EGR Valve,no
air induction tubing leaks
Clean the MAF Sensor with CRC MAF Cleaner
Clean Throttle Plate--CRC Throttle Body Cleaner
You did put anti-sieze on those spark plugs, if not
do so.
How old are the O2 Sensors
More than 80,000 mile, replace the front 2 with OEM
Specific Make--Bosch or NGK etc and not some
cut & splice universal type
