What year? I do have a '71 manual which covers the Charger, Coronet, Dart etc. but since I still own 2 '71 Dodges, will keep need to keep it. You might check out allpar.com their forums.

These are books containing info on repair, service, troubleshooting, parts info, assembling dissemble, removal, error/fault codes, wiring diagrams and everything on any vehicles cars, atv, trucks. forklifts, boats, excavators etc

Before you get too deep into fuse hunts I will tell you MY EXPERIENCE has been the most common failure of CRUISE CONTROLS of this vintage was the vacuum bellows used to open the throttle (would crack at the edge (easy to test: QUICKLY using an UNCONTROLLED vacuum line... or vacuum test pump)),
Professional grade SHOP MANUALS usually have decent wiring diagrams & schematics... but
FACTORY (DEALER) MANUALS are the absolute best...!!
I can not see an above coronet/ trumpet, but I would think you would have more luck asking a music shop or maybe pawn shop instead of a car and truck repair advice forum.
If the axles are not bolted in behind the brake shoes then they are held in with "C" clips and you must remove the rear cover and then the spider gears and the "C" clips to get them out.
