I have a 2011 Dodge Avenger and when I put the heat on floor it blows cold? The heat works on dash and on defrost just don't blow hot in floor.

Damper-door not moving. Check for obstruction under dashboard passenger-side toward middle of car. Pinched, leaking or disconnected vacuum-hose. Check manifold behind selector-switch for same-thing.

Honeywell troubleshooting

First.... are you sure it is "water"??? If it is, the likely source is condensation dumping out of your air conditioner system.... which is normal. Also, you need to remember that the air conditioner operates for other reasons than just cooling the passenger compartment in the heat of the summer. In many vehicles, the air conditioner also runs during the operation of your windshield defroster. Therefore, some water dripping on the floor of your garage is normal. BUT, if it's engine anti-freeze (or some other fluid) we're talking about, that's a whole horse of a different color..

1999 VW Passat AC/heat doesn't work? The belt broke this summer? I was told should still blow heat even if no belt?

If you are talking about the belt for the ac compressor, yes the heater should still work.
If the blower is not working, you will need to have the blower motor checked for voltage and ground.

The blower does not blow air when the truck is really cold. No ac nor heat. I've replaced the blower motor resister and the fuse under the hood. It worked fine right after I did this but it got colder...

It sounds like you have climate control. If you do, then you will have to check/change the climate control computer before continuing.
May I also ask with make and model of vehicle you have in case I know of any common faults.
Try cleaning the interior air temperature sensor or checking this for a fault too.

Water is leakingon my floor from my a/c

Water inside the vehicle can only be from a few causes, it is very likely that it is not from the AC since that drain, (condensation from evaporator, takes place outside the vehicle) usually from the location you describe it is more likely that it involves the heating core, (hot water from the engine is circulated through this unit when a valve is open to provide heat to the interior of the vehicle.

during the summer most of the time this valve is not open but closed, leaving an amount of water up to several quarts of water, (over time the heater core can become damaged and begin to leak often inside the vehicle.

This is likely the cause, of your trouble

My heat quit working&now im having to had water to everyday

Heat not working is either a sign of a bad thermostat or bad water pump. Since you have to add coolant I would also imagine you have a major leak. Try to verify where the leak is coming from. Heater cores can also fail but you would have coolant in your car on the passenger side floor and you would notice the smell of antifreeze. Do not drive your car until you fix this. This will destroy the engine in no time!

Floor board leaks on passenger side and there hardly any heat, unless i rev the engine a bunch

Very likely your heater core is leaking and that's why the floor is wet.
The reason you are having problems with the heat is that the coolant level has gotten lower than it is supposed to be which can and will eventually result in an engine overheat.
Unless you have lots of time and experience I don't recommend you attempt doing that job...entire dashboard need to come out to get to it.
Worst case, cut both heater hoses in front of the firewall and install about six inches of copper pipe as a bypass. You will have no heat but won't loose the engine either. You could try a sealer, but most won't work well in heater cores.

Vents in 98 BMW smell like paint when either heat/defroster or a/c is on. Very toxic smell. Gives me an instant headache. Noticed it first in the summer while using a/c, but also smells with heater.

You also might want to look under the padding on the passenger side floor, this appears to be a leaking heater core. This does not always show itself as a low fluid level for it is very gradual. On the floor uder the rug you may see signs of leakage.
