92 jeep cherokee cruse control wires pulled out-how do i repair

Usually it is a blown fuse, or a vacum leak somewhere in the system.

Under the hood drivers side

In the fuse box under the hood. If it's not working it's most likely a vacuum leak. The system works by a vacuum diaphragm that pulls on the throttle. Jeeps are notorious for vacuum leaks.

That could be a mechanical problem or an electrical problem, or depending on the year of your Jeep, it could be a vacuum control problem. This must be determined before anyone can help you.

the fast idle solinoid is bad.

There are broken wires in the wiring harness between the frame and your driver's side door. These wires control all the windows and door locks in a 95 Jeep. Same thing happened to me. You will have to cut the rubber boot to get it off and check which wires are broken and repair them.

You have to pull off the wheel, brake assembly, and rotor. If it is a 4x4, i suggest you take it to a mechanic. If it isn't, once you pull all that off you will see a little cap cover. take a small screwdriver and pop off the cap. There will be a clip. pull off the clip and pull out the axle bearing. Make sure you grease the axle bearings before you put the new one in. Then put it back together in the reverse of these instructions. Hope this helps.
