I figured it out myself. All newer cars have this problem. If you accidently toch the lock button when you momentarily step out of the car. Solution is to always,always take leave of the car,take keys with you. I had a copy of coded key made which I attach somewhere outside the car where I can retrieve it with the help of a screwdriver or carry the extra key in your purse. This sounds like a bad lock actuator, this is the part that locks the door with the power locks button or the remote. you will need to remove the rear door panel and dissconnect the actuator, this way you will be able to lock it with the key but the power lock will not work on the door,
yes there is if you drop down the glove box lid and remove the bolts holding the fuse box. unclip the fues box and pull it down. turn the fuse box around and there is a fuse on the back (i thing its a 15amp)
this is the other fuse for the central locking.

you have to take the two screws out of the fuse block and drop it down and turn it over and you will find the fuse for your door locks under the conection of the wires
