How does ingnition ant starter system work on 94 caprice

The ignition key switch sends power thru the neutral safety switch to the starter motor solenoid mounted on the starter motor.
If the car has an anti-theft system the key has a micro chip that signals the system to function.

No fire to fuel pump key faul light stay on

If the key fault light is on, it is most likely the anti theft security shutting off your fuel to the injectors. If this is the case, you can bypass this system to get around that anti theft. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

I checked my DRL sensor in the dash of My 94' Caprice Classic LS 4.3l V8, With the key turned to acc. and now my car wont start.... What Could Be The Problem?

I don't know the nature of your problem, but I think maybe it will help to know that the 4.3 is a v6. lol

Massage, pass key fault

there is a micro chip inside the head of the igntion key, when you put the key in the igntion the sensor inside the steering colunm will read the resistance of the micro-chip. If there is a match the engine will start. If for some reason the sensor will not read the micro chip the system will think some is stealing the car. I would try another key 1st, if this persist, the module will need to be replaced. Start with a new key, its cheaper.
You'll need to go a GM store parts departement with the old key, drivers license & registration for the dealer to cut a new key.

it might be the chip in the key or the wires coming from the ignition going undr the dash an if u have a aftermarket alarm they could have done something worng

NO, check oil pressure module. Bad module (red ligh of check engine on) or a bad cable can interrupt the fuel pump voltage. This is a security to device to induce car to turn off when the oil pressure drop near 0. and to protect the wholee engine

Hello! Behind the instrument panel just to the left of the steering column is the location of the Theft Deterrent Relay...Pull the relay...The wire colors on the relay socket are...Purple...Yellow/Black...And 2 Yellows...Cut the two Yellow wires free of the socket and splice them together (solder)...The Theft Deterrent System is now permanently bypassed.

I'm having a related issue. I'm kind of a nub and I'm not sure what the relay looks for. there are so many **** wires and harnesses I don't which is which and I have no clue what it looks like. help?! I can't find anything with this color combo. I removed the instrument panel and found no relay behnd it.
