The front drive train is wobbleing, i've tightened the nuts for my driver side tire and it appears that it was not the problem. In more detail, when the car gets up to 45 mph it starts to shake in the fwd...

Jack up the front and spin each of the front tires by hand, look at them from the front. I'm sure either you have a bad tire or a bent rim.
Bad tire- only the tread will move up/down or side to side.
Bent rim- the rim will move up/down with the tire.

Car started to shake while driving

Jack front end. Use both hands to check driver and passenger side tires for slight wobble. If wobbles, you have a bad ball joint. Otherwise inspect tie-rod end for wear.

Front end and steering wheel shakes

when slowing to make right turn is it more like a clicking noise, does it do it while turning or just when slowing down. If it is while you are turning it is most likely the right cv axle drive shaft popping. When at a stop with ac on does it shake if you put it in park and how do the rpms read in park or in drive. Did they change the trans mount also dont thank that is it just trying to get a better understanding so I can better assist you.

Jeep 98 4 cylinders, shakes when on 50milesan hr.

This problem is know as the death wobble. There is no one answer that will fix it. This is a well known problem among jeepers. Do a google search on death wobble and you will find a lot of help, but like I said there is no single answer. If your jeep is lifted, you need to find a really good alignment shop that has experience with lifted jeeps.

Very bad shaking after hitting a bump

this is known as death wobble because it feels like you are going to die but slowing down will end it.

The cause for death wobble are:
  1. Worn or loose tie rod ends on your steering linkage.
  2. Worn or loose trackbar bushings or tie rod ends on the trackbar itself.
  3. front end needs alignment.
  4. and many others but the common reasons are listed above.
try to realign the front end. If it doesnt help, then you do indeed have worn steering / suspension components.
