I have a 2008 maxima se without the bose system. i had a keenwood tv installed and the middle ifo screen that displays the time and temp is blank. the installers didnt know how to get it on but they said if i get instructions how to do it they can do it, so if anyone knows how to do it please let me know.

you need to pull the radio out and verify that you have 12 volts all the time at the Pink/Blue wire in the radio connector plug, this is the keep alive memory, without this constant 12 volts the radio will reset every time the key is turned off. I assume you have checked the fuses. If the wire is ok and has 12 volts present then the radio is defective and will need to be sent out for repair..

jorgeva: on the driver's side to gain access, you must remove the air cleaner assembly. At that point, you can see the back of the light which has a plastic cap. Rotate this "counter clockwise" and you can pull it back from the back of the lamp housing. From there you will see how the bulb it self is plugged in, which is obvious. Unplug it. There is a "spring "like latch retainer to hold the bulb in place. Unlatch it, remove the bulb and install the new bulb.
CAUTION!!!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS AREA OF THE NEW BULB! Only handle the rear section. Reassemble in the reverse order.
The right side will require the removal of the windshield washer tank.
