Open your hood and look at the headlight assembly from inside the hood. You will see screws that you can loosen to get the headlight covers off, and the bulbs should just be "screwed" in the headlight units. There shouldn't be any bolts and screws on the outside. Also, to adjust your lights, you should have an adjustment "screw" on top of the headlight unit when you open the hood.

Your adjustment screws should be white nuts (adjustable with an allen wrench, or a socket, or a pair of pliers) located behind the headlamp assembly right up against the fender
Park
your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height
from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall. You only need to do this and the aiming for your low beams as your high beams are on the same bulb
Your headlights should also say VOR. When you turn on your headlights, aim them right at the mark that you put on the wall, with the brightest cutoff directly under the mark

try to refresh them with a grinding polisher like safecut or similar is the same compound with one who the painters use to remove scratches from the cars paint.dont use electric polisher try by hand amazing results!i have done this to mine.

You'll need to remove the grill to access the mounting screw.
