Vent doors do not move. No heat. Is there a relay or fuse for blender motor?

No, the blend door actuators are either vacuum controlled devices or are tiny motor controlled actuators. There is no separate fuse. If the heater control panel operates normally otherwise, then the fuses for heater controls are good. Look on the heater case under the dash-see any vacuum hoses?

Fan blows, but heater display doesn't light up. blows out cold air only. no heat

Check fuses to the A/C or Heater Control Unit in the fuse box(es). IF none are blown, then may have to replace A/C-Heater Control Unit:

A/C-Heater Control Unit Removal & Installation To Remove:
  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section.
  2. Remove or disconnect the following:
    • Negative battery cable
    • Center bezel from the instrument panel A/C-Heater Control chr_pacif_ac_htr_cntrl.gif

    • Three screws that secure the A/C-heater control to the instrument panel
    • A/C-heater control from the instrument panel
    • Two wire harness connectors from the control
To Install:
  1. Install or connect the following:
    • A/C-heater control to the instrument panel
    • Two wire harness connectors to the back of the A/C-heater control
    • A/C-heater control into the instrument panel
    • Three screws that secure the A/C-heater control to the instrument panel
      1. Torque to: 17 inch lbs. (2 Nm)
    • Negative battery cable and calibrate the A/C-heater control

A/c not working .hasplenty of freon. light on control panel does not light up. compressor not turning"on". power at relays.

have you checked all the fuses under hood in black box? relays may be good but theres no power or that light should come on. if all your fuses are good then may be that the heater control panels bad. i would make sure that the compressors plugged up, check all those fuses, then go towards a bad heater control panel.. hope this helps!!

When i turn on the wipers ,the heater blower goes

Look in the fuse/relay panel under the dash on the drivers side for a blown fuse controlling wipers. Also look under the hood at the fuse/relay panel for a blown fuse controlling the a/c blower motor. Look under the covers of both fuse/relay panels and it will tell you were the proper fuse or relay is located in each panel. hope this will help you.
