I have an 01 accord. My check engine light stays on and my tcs light turns on intermittently. I took it to autozone and the computer didn't tell any codes. it said see repair manual. the abs light does not come on like I have read other people having problems with. could it be out of balance wheels or just dirty/defective wheel speed sensor( s)

no that does not seem right i would take it to a autozone and have them trouble shoot the code and then take it to a dealer and have them look at it

usually when there is an interuption in current flow you will get flickering indicator lights on the dash. This means one of two things, either the sensors that control those indicator lights are becoming faulty or the alternator may be on its way out. One thing you need to keep in mind if you ABS unit is on its way out you will not notice any difference in drivability. ABS is just a brake assist(Antilock Brake System) when it fails you don't lose your brakes you just stop like a regular brake system would without an assist.(ABS) Maybe the unitis on its way out as well.. I would ge it checked as well.. Good Luck

have scanned for the trouble code most auto stores offer this for free such as auto zone/ advanced auto check ur local area-the code can pinpoint the problem as to which side sensor or if module or if problem with transmission more than likely its an abs sensor check the wiring and connections first for damage or disconnected
