There will be different clocks and ways to set them based on your interior trim package, i have consulted an oracle but cannot divine which package you have. so you will have to do it the way everyone else does by reading your owners manual.

How do I set my clock in my 2005 CTS?

  1. Press the TUNE/SEL knob to enter the main menu
  2. Turn the TUNE/SEL knob until set clock appears on the display
  3. Press the TUNE/SEL knob to select set clock
  4. Turn the TUNE/SEL knob to adjust the time

the cable runs down the frame to the rear wheels you need a 9/16 or1/2 in wernch and punch to turn the spice or pillers

Adjust Clock
