well, there has to be a leak somewhere, broski.

Because you wouldn't be smelling fuel inside the car if there weren't.

I'd look somewhere around the fuel pump housing and work my way to the front of the car, personally.

chances are you're getting close to the leak if the fuel odor is getting stronger.

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank.

RECOMENDATION:

The all in one PGM/fuel pump relay is bolted to the upper left hand side of the drivers foot well. It should be gray box with lots of wires coming out of it.

the reason it wont start is because of the fuel pump relay is faulty.. just run a wire from the inside of your trunk from 1 of the wires on top of the tank to ur fuse box... it will always start from now on....

The fuel pump is mounted inside the tank. If your fuel pump isn't working, make sure you test/check your main relay first. They are prone to fail on your car, and will cause similar symptoms
