Check the universal joints and the transfer case fluid and also check the four wheel drive universal joints thats a start.

Front axle needs replacing. Joints worn. Is it a poping noise?

You need to have the dealer scan the control module to see what codes show in memory

I would check for a bad wheel bearing on the rear, also check the u-joints on the drive shaft.

hydraulic lifters.when they rattle for 30 secs then worry.(takes the oil a little time to get up to the cams/followers.)

try selecting from nutreul or less then 3km

check the cv axles for wear such as torn rubber boots, when in 4 wd the noise should be even worse

IT'S A BOMB!!! OH GOD YOU'LL BE DEAD WHEN YOU GET THIS.

Maybe a dry u-joint, or one on it's way out.
