I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I am having trouble locating the heating and cooling fans to replace them? Any tips?
Heating and cooling fans are generally one and the same. changing freon doesn't always fix the problem... did you have the system pressure checked for leaks first.
Second determine if the vents are opening properly (switching from heat to cooling) basically when you change to cool it closes air access to the heater core.

There is a acess cover on the vent box right in front of the glove box you should be able to access the fan motor there!!!!

2000 dodge caravan heat works fine but a/c won't turn cold , it does blow warm air
