One solution could be the break/safety solenoid. Make sure that the break/safety solenoid is clicking. If it isn't clicking, the AT gear shift is not going to move. If the break/safety solenoid isn't working you can get around it by releasing the AT gear shift with a key on top of base of the steering wheel, but (WARNING) you will have no break lights. I repeat NO BREAK LIGHTS.
That means you should get a stick lubricant it would shift fine.

I also have a 2003 Pilot, and am starting to get the same shifting problem. Was no big deal at first, because if I just waited a few seconds, I could shift out of park. I've been stuck 3 times today - waited, turned car off and on, etc. and about to give up when it finally shifted out of park. Any solutions - I know this is going to get worse.
We would move the wheel back and forth and eventually the gear shift will show park and then allow you to drop to drive.
