Both Power Outlets are not working in my 2007 Avalon

the lock unlock regulator fails to work of that particular window or some linkage system derailed

The power outlets need a ground to work. Maybe the ground wire isn't connected to the power outlet.

Fuse block in car or fuse block under hood.

Check for power and ground. The socket itself may be bad.

Do the power outlets have a different fuse than the cig lighter ?

well, you could always switch the outlets, i think radioshack has them fairly cheap if not the parts store does. May just be burnt power outlets

has any other work been done on the car recently and were they working when you bought the car and when did you notice them not working and what are you plugging into them. all info will help me help you.........let me know.....

Hi. Look under the dash, for the instrument panel fuse box for the power outlet fuse.

Sometimes Chevy calls the power outlets "Cigar".  This fuse is sometimes inside the driver's door on the left side of the dash, or under the hood in the Power Distribution Center (PDC).  It won't hurt to take any fuses out to check them.  Just make sure you don't take the ones with the yellow handles out.  Those are for your air bags.
