P0 700 is a transmission control malfunction and P1684 is a indication that your battery was disconnected within the last fifty states. However what is puzzling is your PO 700 is a generic code your P1684 is a dedicated Chrysler code your cars computer should only store one or the other not both.

Both of those codes are codes that the engine computer or PCM has stored. The P1684 simply means the battery was disconnected within the last 50 starts so it normally doesn't really mean there is a problem. The P0700 code is an indicator code that tells you there is another code stored in the transmission computer.
In order to get the transmission codes you need to use a scan tool or code reader and many parts stores will be able to do this for you.
