The blower motor in my 2000 Buick Regal has stopped working. Where is it located and can I replace it myself?

On passenger side under dash remove cover then locate fan may have a cover its self. there will most likely be three to five screws in fan ,dont forget to unplug before removing .you might have to remove fan speed sensor

I would disconnect your blower motor resistor then try fuse again, if it does'nt blow then it is either blower motor or resistor,these resistors are common for going bad/and or blower motor. Good luck let me know if you need more info or if this didn't fix it, I will research it more for you

you probably need a blower motor resistor. its located in the heater core case under the hood. it may only be available with a new blower motor.

Blower motor resistor. Its a special resistor attached to the blower housing near the blower motor. one wire clip and 2 screws usually is all that holds it in place.
