Thermostat location... hello, could you plz show me the location of where the thermostat is placed ( with a diagram ) a Toyota Corolla 1994 wagon, as i need to repair it...

Your list is missing the water pump. I'd also check belt tension.

Here is a diagram showing where the thermostat is located on a 1994 Nissan Altima. Most vehicles are fairly similar as well the main water hose that goes to the engine is usually right next to or attached to the thermostat housing. Also once you take this hose off to get the thermostat you are going to need the bleed the coolant system because there will be air in the system. A simple google search or wikihow will show you exactly how to bleed air out with pictures and simple instructions. Good luck.

Trace the upper radiator hose to the mounting area on the intake manifold. Loosen the hose clamp on the manifold end of the hose and remove the hose. Pull the thermostat out of the intake manifold.

it DOES have a thermostat,and a thermo switch.....

you've got a possible blockage in the head or block.

make sure your elec. fan is coming on. If it is, then fine your top coolant hose and trace it down and thats where you thermostat will be.

Its under where the top hose goes into engine, It is pretty easymake sure to get some forma gasket when putting back together

The thermostat is located directly under the distributor cap, on the end of the cylinder head. Easy to remove/replace. Drain the coolant, remove the 2 nuts that holds the housing on, and remove it. The thermostat stays in the cyl head, just pull it out. Note that the "Wiggle-Valve" must be placed at the 12 oclock/straight up position. Hope this helps, in lieu of a picture.

the thermostat is located at the end of the top radiator hose that runs near the radiator cap. follow the hose and at the end is your thermostat housing. the thermostat is inside the housing. Be sure to replace with same degree thermostat and in the same position you take it off.

I would say it is at the top radiator hose where it connects to the engine. Should be a small part with two bolts on it connected to the engine with the hose connected to it.Take the two bolts out and the thermostat is under it
