What do you mean? Its the same as most cars. The left hand bar on the steering wheel. If u mean the signal lights on your dash, there should be one left of your speedometer for left signal and one on right of it for right signal unless yours aren't working for some reason.

The turn signal flasher unit is a simple plug in device. It should not be expensive at all. Most auto parts stores can sell you a replacement, and even show you how to find it and replace it yourself.
if turn signal does not work, check the bulbs and the flasher. The flasher should be located under the dash near the steering column, but it's not necessary to take the steering wheel off unless the turn signal switch itself is bad.
For 1994 Buick Lesabre 3.8L SFI
OHV 6cyl the turn signal flasher is under the instrument panel to the left of
the steering column brace. On the Bonneville, it may be on the left side
on the shroud. The hazard flasher is under the instrument panel to the
right of the steering column.
The turn signal flasher is installed
in a clamp attached to the base of the steering column support inside
the car. In all cases, replacement is made by unplugging the old unit
and plugging in a new one.
the turn signal/ hazard flasher is located midway down your steering colum but not all the way near the knuckle mounted on the inside of the cowl above the drivers feet. should either be a 323 or a 525 part number flasher, you could always upgrade to a electronic flasher instead of a thermal flasher. part number should be el12. all these products are made by wagner.
I cant find the flasher unit on my 95 Lesabre.
